We are closed Monday to Wednesday but will respond on Thursday to any enquiries received during this time if we haven’t already.

HOURS OF OPERATION

  • Thursday: 11am to 4pm (last wine tastings at 3pm)

  • Friday & Saturday: 11am to 5:30pm (last tastings at 3pm, wine by the glass only after that)

  • Sunday: 11am to 4pm (last wine tastings at 3pm)

  • Monday to Wednesday: CLOSED

  • Public Holidays: We are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. Other dates are determined on a case by case basis.

There is usually someone onsite on the days that our cellar door is closed, so feel free to drop in for anyone wanting to buy wine to takeaway (no tastings). Otherwise give us a call and we’ll arrange to meet you or may be able to deliver it to you if you aren’t too far away.

Bookings highly recommended for wine tastings. Last tastings at 3pm.

Walk-ins are welcome, but please note that bookings take priority — so seating, food, and tastings may be limited or unavailable at times. You're always welcome to relax with a glass of wine though! We’re a mostly family-run crew and the weekends tends to get busy, so we really appreciate a little patience if things are moving slowly. If you're planning to visit with a big group, please book ahead — it really helps take the pressure off, and if you’re able to pay in one transaction, even better. Thanks! GETTING HERE

We are located just 5-minutes drive from the centre of Mudgee, at 138 Craigmoor Road. If you’re coming from Mudgee then you’ll see our rammed earth entry on the right side of the road. If you’re asking a local, it’s in the ‘Golden Triangle’ of the region’s wineries.

  • 138 Craigmoor Road, Mudgee

    • Exit Mudgee from Church Street continuing straight through the roundabout by Lawson Park (and pub!) onto Ulan Road.

    • Continue on this road for 1.2km past Mudgee Nursery and Parklands on your left; and Mudgee Racecourse on your right.

    • Turn left onto Henry Lawson Drive just after you pass High Valley & The Cellar by Gilbert. You’ll see the Small Winemakers Centre at the turn. If you get to The Australian Rural Education Centre or airport then you’ve gone too far.

    • Continue on Henry Lawson Drive for 1.5km. If you pass Vinifera & Baker Williams on your right then you’ve gone too far.

    • Turn left onto Craigmoor Road and continue driving for 1.4km.

    • Our entry is located on the right side of the road, right after you pass Heslop Wines. Tens Estate are directly opposite us. If you get to Craigmoor Wines, then you’ve gone too far.

    • Please travel at Snails pace down our driveway so that our vines don’t get covered in dust.
